He remembers days where it took him up to 40 minutes to decide what to wear—how he felt that day, what he was expressing emotionally, all played a part. On days when he chose the wrong outfit, it didn’t just affect how he looked—it affected how he felt and performed.

The colors you choose, the cut, and even the fabric can shape your mood and impact how much of yourself you give in class or rehearsal. Some dancers prefer their t-shirts tucked into high-waisted tights, while others wear them loose and low, revealing more of their waistline or even hips. These small but powerful choices reflect personality.
