Our return and refund policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges.

Balance by Cherevychko is registered in France (930 404 744 R.C.S Paris) and operates exclusively online, focusing on the EU market. Our policies comply with EU consumer protection laws.

Product Types

We specialize in clothing. Please note that our return policy applies to non-customized, non-made-to-order items only.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.

Condition of Returns

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They should also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Our team will guide you through the steps to return your item(s).

Refund Type

We prioritize exchanges, especially for different sizes. If an exchange is not possible or desired, we offer store credit valid for 365 days. As a last resort, we will process refunds to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Customers can exchange products if the desired size or color is in stock. Contact customer service to arrange for an exchange. We will send the new item to you, and you can return the original item upon receipt of the replacement. If the replacement is not satisfactory, both items can be returned for store credit or a full refund.

Shipping Costs

Balance by Cherevychko covers the return shipping costs for any items priced over €70. For items below this value, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Exceptions

Our return and refund policy does not apply to sale items or digital products. All sales of these items are final.
